Bar Methods will take place at the boutique Park South Hotel, located at 124 East 28th Street, between Park and Lexington Avenues. In addition to a dazzling lobby and guest room renovations, the Park South Hotel is enhancing the historic neighborhood with exciting food and beverage concepts. Launched in early 2015 to glowing reviews is O Ya, a 5-star Japanese restaurant overseen by James Beard award-winning Chef Tim Cushman. A lively rooftop cocktail bar, Roof, also enjoyed its second successful April-to-October season in 2015. Locals and travelers alike enjoy skyline views, sophisticated cocktails, and a great bar menu by Cushman and beverage director Ted Kilpatrick. This year Park South’s newest venue, Covina, joins the already great lineup. Covina is a casual restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel featuring seasonal specials and incorporating locally-sourced ingredients.
